In November 2009 SPARC, ZAO launched Level 3 MRO Service Centre in Veracruz and delivered it to the Navy Department of Mexico.
Under the contract SPARC:
- supplied the set of equipment, tools and fixtures;
- completed commissioning;
- supplied the package of documents (translated into Spanish);
- trained the Customer’s personnel to perform maintenance, repair and overhaul.
The MRO Service Centre in Veracruz is the largest foreign service centre constructed after the Soviet Union collapse. Any type of maintenance and repair of Mi-17 helicopters and their versions, and overhaul of the helicopter airframe and 75 % of its components can be carried out in the Centre.
It is a substantial advance of the Russian company in promotion of Russian technology and further development of the Russian aviation market.

The 48th International Paris Airshow – Le Bourget 2009 is over.
It is pleasant to note that the exposition of SPARC, JSC traditionally attracted considerable interest of aviation experts. Negotiations were carried out with top managers and specialists of more than 25 companies of Russia and other countries.
